The Shri Nagpur Prantiya Digambar Jain Khandelwal Sabha was founded in 1916 with a noble vision — to bring together families of the Khandela Gram (Rajasthan) who had spread across different parts of India, and to keep alive the shared values, culture, and spiritual heritage of our community.

Mahavir Jayanti Julus Yatra
A Mahavir Jayanti julus yatra (procession) is a vibrant part of the Jain festival celebrating Lord Mahavirs birth, featuring decorated chariots carrying his idol, devotional singing (stavans/bhajans), ceremonial bathing (abhisheka), and community service, spreading his message of non-violence (Ahimsa) and self-discipline through towns and temples, especially in significant places like Kundalpur or Pawapuri in Bihar, with participants dressed in colors representing leshya (spiritual states).

A nationwide celebration of Lord Mahavir Jayanti observed with grand processions, special prayers, pravachans, bhajan sandhya, and community service activities across Jain temples in India. Devotees participated with devotion, peace, and spiritual enthusiasm.
